─ Industrial Electrical Services

Licensed Industrial Electrician for Electrical Work Done Right.

Industrial electrical service work isn’t something you hand off to whoever has an open calendar.

It takes experience on factory floors, with actual industrial equipment, in facilities where downtime has a real dollar figure attached. That’s the kind of experience our team brings to every industrial electrical job we take on.

We’ve handled manufacturing installs, control panel work, underground service systems, and preventive maintenance programs. This is not a sideline for us. Industrial work is a core part of what Copper Creek Electric does.

─ Manufacturing and Factory

Manufacturing and Factory Electrical Services

Manufacturing facilities put real demands on an electrical system. High amperage loads, motor-driven equipment, heavy cycling, and the need for systems that don’t fail mid-shift. We’ve worked in manufacturing environments long enough to understand what that means for how a system is designed, installed, and maintained.

We work with facility managers and plant operations teams to keep production lines running and electrical systems performing at spec.

─ Installation & Wiring

Industrial Equipment Installation and Wiring

When new equipment comes in, it needs to be wired correctly for the load it will carry. Undersized wiring or incorrect phase connections create safety hazards and damage equipment. We read the manufacturer’s specs, verify the existing infrastructure can support the load, and wire the equipment correctly the first time.

We provide electrical systems support for CNC machines, conveyor systems, presses, compressors, HVAC units, and other industrial equipment across a wide range of manufacturing sectors.

─ Installation

Control Panel Installation

Control panels are the nerve center of an industrial electrical system. We install, wire, and test control panels for manufacturing equipment and automated systems. We work from existing designs or coordinate with your equipment vendor to ensure the panel is suited to the application.

We also troubleshoot and repair existing control panels when something stops working or needs modification for a process change.

─ Underground service

Underground Service and Three-Phase Power

Three-phase power is standard in industrial settings, and working with it requires experience and proper licensing. We handle three-phase electric panel installations, distribution boards, motor connections, and transformer work for industrial facilities across Middle Tennessee.

We’re licensed for high-voltage work and take the documentation, safety protocols, and inspection requirements seriously. This isn’t work to cut corners on, and we don’t.

─ Lighting

Industrial Lighting

Industrial lighting must withstand demanding environments while meeting safety requirements for the work being done. We design and install lighting systems for warehouses, manufacturing floors, loading docks, and exterior facility areas.

LED retrofits in industrial settings often produce significant energy savings. If your facility is running older fluorescent or HID fixtures, we can run the numbers on what an LED upgrade would look like.

─ Maintenance

Preventive Maintenance Programs

Electrical failures don’t announce themselves in advance. A preventive maintenance program identifies problems before they become outages. We work with facility managers to develop an electrical maintenance schedule tailored to your operation, covering panel inspections, connection checks, thermal imaging for hot spots, and documentation.

A maintenance program almost always costs less than an unplanned outage. We can set one up that fits your facility’s size and budget.

─ Compliance

Code Compliance for Industrial Facilities

Industrial electrical installations have to meet NEC requirements and, in many cases, OSHA standards as well. We stay current with applicable codes and understand the documentation required for industrial installations.

If your facility is undergoing an audit, expanding operations, or you’ve inherited a system that was installed without proper oversight, we can help you get things squared away.

These excellent electricians performed a challenging installation of an exterior EV charging station at my home, for a very reasonable price, and were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

I have called upon Copper Creek Electric several times over the past few months. My first contact was for a tripping breaker on a newly installed hot water heater, which turned out to be an improperly connected wire to the water heater, they ran a new wired and installed a new breaker as the one in the box was over 20 yrs old and it was time for it to be replaced. They have replaced wires where squirrels had gotten into attic and chewed all the insulation off of them. No matter the issue, if it was urgent they have sent a crew in within a few hours of my call to resolve my problem. My most resent service was just to simply install new outside lights and a flood light camera. If you have any electrical problem, or simply need someone to run new wiring for you, they should be your first call. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are very professional, polite, and always clean up before they leave.

Amazing company made up of amazing people. Called them at 5:30pm on a Friday afternoon. Richie came out around 7:30pm. One of the nicest people and somebody who cares about doing quality work. The issue was a little challenging to diagnose but they came back out the next day (Saturday) to finish the job. The entire experience was very customer oriented and I would definitely use them again if needed.
